Q: Do you send from Australia or overseas?
A: We send from Sydney to all locations in Australia via AusPost. Due to recent events, please allow extra time for delivery.
Q: How do I activate the simcard and surf the internet?
A: After arrival, simply insert the sim into your phone, turn off flight mode, turn on roaming, then you can start surfing the internet.
Q: When does the 7 to 30 days commence?
A: It commences when the simcard is inserted into the phone in Japan.
Q: What if there is any issue?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible. Please always contact us as soon as you find there is a problem when you are overseas using the simcard, we will always try to resolve the problem together. We do not accept return / refund - 1. if you only contact us after you return to Australia. 2. if you have not contacted us, and decided that the simcard is not working and looked for other solutions. 3. your phone does not support simcard.
