Q: What should I prepare for the eSim?
A: Please ensure your phone can load eSim and it is unlocked before you travel, i.e. ensure your phone can load any eSim for any network. Please check with your phone manufacturer or network provider to ensure your phone can load eSim and it is not locked to any network.
Q: Will you post any physical simcard or instructions?
A: No, physical simcard or instructions will not be posted. The eSim will be provisioned to your phone automatically when you arrive in destination.
Q: Can I use the eSim immediately after the order?
A: Please allow us 48 hours to process your order. Hence please order the eSim in advance to your arrival date.
Q: What information is required for eSim activation?
A: Please provide your phone's IMEI and EID number and your arrival date for activation. For IMEI and EID number, please call *#06# and they will automatically be shown on your screen. Please also see our product images for instruction.
Q: Why do you need my phone's IMEI and EID number?
A: The IMEI and EID numbers are required to provision the eSim to your phone automatically when you arrive. Also, the US networks are being upgraded to 5G. By providing your phone's IMEI and EID number, we can ensure your phone is compatible with the latest network upgrade.
Q: Do I need QR code to activate the eSim?
A: For iPhone, no, QR codes is not required and we will activate the eSim for you on activation date. On arrival, the network will provision your eSim remotely and you will receive a notification in Settings. Please see our instruction after you make the order.
For Android, we will provide you a QR code in instruction manual, and we will activate the eSim for you on activation date. Q: Can I call and text USA and Australia?
A: Yes, calling and texting in USA is unlimited (excludes premium numbers). For Australia, if you choose the International Calling Package, then calling landline and texting mobile is unlimited. To call Australian mobile, please also choose International Calling Package & AU NZ Mobile option.
Q: Can I use my 4G phone?
A: Yes, you can use 4G or 5G phone to access the network.

Q: Is there daily limit? E.g. 300mb or 500mb per day?
A: No, there is no daily limit.
