Asia Sim Card

Important: Please ensure your phone is unlocked to any network

Important: If you need to go to Hong Kong, please register the sim at https://global.cmlink.com/store/realname

Usage Instruction

  1. IMPORTANT: Only insert this sim after arrival in destination
  2. On arrival, switch off phone, insert simcard, switch on phone
  3. Turn OFF Flight Mode; Turn ON Mobile Data; Turn ON Roaming
  4. Wait for 15 minutes. Sim will auto set-up.
  5. Manually connect to the network only if required (see below). 

Android (Manual setup only if required)

  1. Network: Open Settings > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select manually > See APN settings section of this page
  2. APN: Open Settings > Connections / Network and Internet > Mobile networks > Access Point Names > Add or Edit "CMLink”
  3. APN: See APN settings section of this page

iPhone (Manual setup only if required)

  1. Network: Open Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Network >      Turn off Automatic > Select network manually > See next page
  2. APN: Open Settings > Mobile > Mobile Data Network

Troubleshoot

  1. Try the sim in another phone
  2. Android: Open Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > Restart phone
  3. iPhone: Open Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Restart phone
