Please ensure your phone can load eSIM and it is unlocked before you travel, i.e. ensure your phone can load any eSIM for any network. Please check with your phone manufacturer or Australian network provider to ensure your phone can load eSIM and it is not locked to any network.
▶Q: When do I need to activate the eSIM?
Please ensure it is auto-activated within 90 days after you make the order. The QR code will expire after 90 days.
▶Q: How can I install and activate the eSIM?
By using the QR code or installation link in our email, you can install the eSIM in Australia or New Zealand. The eSIM will only auto-activate when you arrive in New Zealand.
▶Q: When does the 7 to 30 days commence?
It commences when the eSIM is auto-activated at destination.
▶Q: Is there daily limit? E.g. 1GB or 500mb per day?
A: No, there is no daily limit.
▶Q: How to check how much data have I used?
In the eSIM QR code email, we will include a secure data checking website for you to check data usage.
▶Q: What happens when I use up the data?
Once you use up the purchased high-speed data (e.g., 20GB, 30GB, etc.), your speed will be reduced to 256kbps. You can continue to use data at this reduced speed for the remainder of your plan's duration. Or please purchase a new eSIM from us.
▶Q: Can I make phone calls with this eSIM?
This is a data-only eSIM and does not include a phone number for traditional mobile calls or SMS. However, we recommend using WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger to text or make voice and video calls. You can call travel companions, local friends, or family back in Australia for free using your data, provided the other person has the same app installed.

- For Physical Simcard, there are 3 options:
- AusPost Priority Letters (No Tracking) - Free, most products will arrive within 4 to 8 business days after the order date.
- AusPost Letters with Tracking - $3.40, most products will arrive within 6 to 8 business days after the order date.
- AusPost Express with Tracking - $7.90, most products will arrive within 2 or 3 business days after the order date.
