▶Q: Activation Process (Important)
Information Required: We need your phone's IMEI and EID numbers, plus your Arrival Date.
How to find IMEI/EID: Dial *#06# on your phone keypad. The numbers will appear on screen.
Why is this needed? We use these to check phone's compatibility with the US network, and remotely provision the eSIM to your phone so it connects automatically when you land in the USA, Canada or Mexico.
▶Q: How do I install the eSIM?
The network will provision your eSIM remotely on your arrival date. You will receive a notification in Settings.
If you are arriving in Canada or Mexico, please turn on Data Roaming in your phone.
Note: Physical SIM cards are not posted. This is a digital product.
▶Q: International Calling Details (Add-ons)
If you purchase the International Calling Package:
- USA to 70+ Countries (Landline Free): Includes Australia, NZ, UK, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, etc.
- USA to 30+ Countries (Mobile Free): Includes UK, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, etc.
If you purchase the AU/NZ Mobile Add-on:
- Includes US$10 credit.

Phone Only: This eSIM cannot be used in Pocket WiFi devices.
Daily Limits: There is no daily data limit (e.g., no 500MB cap).

- For Physical Simcard, there are 3 options:
- AusPost Priority Letters (No Tracking) - Free, most products will arrive within 4 to 8 business days after the order date.
