Yes, you can use the eSIM in multiple regions within the stated period. For example, if you purchase a 30-day eSIM, you can use it for 15 days in Singapore, 5 days in Malaysia, 7 days in Vietnam, and 3 days in Hong Kong.
▶Q: How do I register my passport for Hong Kong?
You will receive an SMS when you start using the eSIM on arrival. Please follow the instructions in the SMS for passport registration. You will receive instant approval. Once you use up the purchased high-speed data (e.g., 20GB, 30GB, etc.), your speed will be reduced to 256kbps. You can continue to use data at this reduced speed for the remainder of your plan's duration. Or please purchase a new eSIM from us.
▶Q: Can I make phone calls with this eSIM?
This is a data-only eSIM and does not include a phone number for traditional mobile calls or SMS. However, we recommend using WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger to text or make voice and video calls. You can call travel companions, local friends, or family back in Australia for free using your data, provided the other person has the same app installed.

"I brought 2 sims for Asia from Simpower. When I arrived in Hong Kong my sim would not work. I contacted Simpower by WhatsApp and the staff member spent 20 minutes working through the problem and fixed it. The next day my wife sim card wouldn't work and the same staff member this time spent 40 minutes finally fixing it. The cause of the problem was with not with Simpowers sim card but a network system in Asia. The staff member was so helpful and very patient. I will always buy form SimPower after such good service."

The esim setup process is
"The esim setup process is user friendly. Soon after landed at the Singapore airport with the local airport WiFi connection connected, the setup process was completed within a minute. Keep in mind that under some countries (e. g. China), you would have to go thru a identification process (usually, upload a photo of your travel document such as your passport). If you happen have two mobile phones, take a photo of the QR code (for the esim) with the other phone that helps. The only issue I got when I used up 90 percent of the data volume, the internet connection seemed substandard (still be able to connect but at a very limited speed). The pro is that the esim been used on five different areas/ countries and seamless connection (except for the identity requirements in China ) . Just follow the few simple steps (e. g. enable data roaming and add the esim) ."
