Yes, you can use the eSIM in multiple regions within the stated period. For example, if you purchase a 30-day eSIM, you can use it for 15 days in Singapore, 5 days in Malaysia, 7 days in Vietnam, and 3 days in Hong Kong.
▶Q: How do I register my passport for Hong Kong?
You will receive an SMS when you start using the eSIM on arrival. Please follow the instructions in the SMS for passport registration. You will receive instant approval.
▶Q: When do I need to activate the eSIM?
Please ensure it is activated within 90 days after you make the order. The QR code will expire after 90 days.
▶Q: How can I install and activate the eSIM?
The eSIM will be auto-activated when you install it in Australia or in one of the destinations. We recommend installing it shortly before your trip or upon arrival.

The validity period commences when the eSIM is auto-activated at one of the destinations (including Australia and New Zealand).

A: No, there is no daily limit.
▶Q: How do I check my data usage?
In the eSIM QR code email, we will include a link to a secure data checking website where you can monitor your usage.
▶Q: What happens when I use up the data?
Once you use up the purchased high-speed data (e.g., 20GB, 30GB, etc.), your speed will be reduced to 256kbps. You can continue to use data at this reduced speed for the remainder of your plan's duration. Or please purchase a new eSIM from us.
▶Q: Can I make phone calls with this eSIM?
This is a data-only eSIM and does not include a phone number for traditional mobile calls or SMS. However, we recommend using WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger to text or make voice and video calls. You can call travel companions, local friends, or family back in Australia for free using your data, provided the other person has the same app installed.
