Yes, you can use the simcard in multiple regions within the stated period. For example, if you purchase a 30-day simcard, you can use it for 15 days in Singapore, then 5 days in Malaysia, 7 days in Vietnam and 3 days in Hong Kong.
▶Q: How do I register my passport details for Hong Kong?
You will receive a SMS when you insert the simcard on arrival, please follow the instructions from the SMS for passport registration. You will receive instant approval.
▶Q: How do I activate the simcard and surf the internet?
After arrival, simply insert the sim into your phone, turn off flight mode, turn on roaming, then you can start surfing the internet.
▶Q: When does the 3 to 30 days commence?
It commences when the simcard is inserted into the phone in destination.
▶Q: Is there daily limit? E.g. 1GB or 500mb per day?
A: No, there is no daily limit.
▶Q: How do I check my data usage?
We will send you an email after we posted the simcard, it will include a secure data checking website for you to check data usage.
▶Q: What happens when I use up the data?
Once you use up the purchased high-speed data (e.g., 20GB, 30GB, etc.), your speed will be reduced to 256kbps. You can continue to use data at this reduced speed for the remainder of your plan's duration. Or please contact us to top-up.
▶Q: Can I make phone calls with this simcard?
This is a data-only simcard and does not include a phone number for traditional mobile calls or SMS. However, we recommend using WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger to text or make voice and video calls. You can call travel companions, local friends, or family back in Australia for free using your data, provided the other person has the same app installed.
