A: Yes, you can use the eSIM in multiple regions within the stated period. For example, if you purchase a 30 days eSim, you can use it for 15 days in Singapore, then 5 days in Malaysia, 7 days in Vietnam and 3 days in Hong Kong.
Q: How do I register my passport details for Hong Kong?
A: You will receive a SMS when you start using the eSIM on arrival, please follow the instructions from the SMS for passport registration. You will receive instant approval.
Q: What should I prepare for the eSim?
A: Please ensure your phone can load eSim and it is unlocked before you travel, i.e. ensure your phone can load any eSim for any network. Please check with your phone manufacturer or Australian network provider to ensure your phone can load eSim and it is not locked to any network.
Q: Will you post any physical simcard or instructions?
A: No, physical simcard or instructions will not be posted. We will only send the eSim QR code and instruction via email.
