Q: Do you send from Australia or overseas?
A: We send from Sydney to all locations in Australia via AusPost. Due to recent events, please allow extra time for delivery.
Q: How much data can I use?
A: You have high speed internet usage of 5GB per day.
Q: How much voice call minutes can I use?
A: You can call or receive 10 minutes of Hong Kong local voice call per day. The simcard can call Hong Kong number only, it does not include any overseas number like Australia or China etc.
Q: How much SMS can I use?
A: You can receive SMS for free, but cannot send any SMS. We recommend using Whatsapp or iMessage to communicate with others in Hong Kong or overseas for free.
Q: What is my assigned Hong Kong mobile number?
A: Once you start using the simcard in Hong Kong, please call *126# to obtain the assigned Hong Kong mobile number.
Q: Do I need to register the simcard?
A: No, registration is not required. This simcard is plug-and-play.
Q: How do I activate the simcard and surf the internet?
A: After arrival, simply insert the sim into your phone, turn off flight mode, turn on Data Roaming, then you can start surfing the internet.
Q: What if there is any issue?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible. Please always contact us as soon as you find there is a problem when you are overseas using the simcard, we will always try to resolve the problem together. We do not accept return / refund - 1. if you only contact us after you return to Australia. 2. if you have not contacted us, and decided that the simcard is not working and looked for other solutions.
