Please follow the instructions below in case there is a problem:
Activation
- Please let us know your Europe UK arrival date if you haven't already, so we can activate for you on your arrival date.
- It may take 15 minutes to 6 hours for the network to activate a sim in peak season
Connect to Internet
- Connect to a network manually. You can connect to any network while in Europe. (For UK, the sim will connect to the O2 network only)
- Android: Open Settings > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select manually
- iPhone: Open Settings > Mobile > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic > Select a network manually
- For example, some networks that you can connect to:

- Discard and add the following APN:

- For iPhone users, if payandgo.o2.co.uk does not work, please try mobile.o2.co.uk
- Ensure roaming is turned on, and flight mode turned off
- If you have a new Samsung mobile, the roaming may have "Disabled, National Roaming Only, or All Networks" options, please choose "All Networks"
- Remove the sim, then restart the phone. After restart, insert the sim
- Try the sim in another phone
- iPhone: Please try open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > Configuration Profile > Delete
- Reset network settings:
- Android: Open Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > Restart phone
- iPhone: Open Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Restart phone
Top-up Credit
- Sorry that we do not offer top-up service at the moment.
- Please try getting a top-up voucher at a UK super market or petrol station.
Make Calls
If you are in UK, simply call the number directly or add area code,
- e.g. call mobile phone 07-xxx-xxx-xxx directly
- e.g. calling a phone in other city will require the area code, for example if you are in Southampton and need to call London, please include London's area code 020 in front of the London number.
To call UK from outside UK, use one of the following methods
- Dial +44-xxxx-yyyyyy where 44 is the international country code, or
- Dial 0044-xxxx-yyyyyy where 00 is the UK exit code
- Please do not dial 0 if the phone number is prefixed with 0
To call Australia, use one of the following methods.
- Dial +61-x-yyyyyyyy where 61 is the Australian country code, or
- Dial 0061-x-yyyyyyyy where 00 is the UK exit code
- Please do not dial 0 if the phone number is prefixed with 0
