▶Q: Activation & Setup
Activation Date: The SIM will automatically activate at 3am UK Time on the date you selected during purchase.
How to Start: Simply insert the SIM into your device and switch it on. Important: You MUST turn on "Data Roaming" in your phone settings for the service to work.
Location: You can start using it in any listed country, e.g. EU UK or Australia or Singapore etc. It does not need to be initialized in the UK.
Recommendation: Remove or turn off your Australian SIM to avoid accidental roaming charges from your home provider.
▶Q: What calls are Included vs. Excluded?
Included (Unlimited): Calls and texts between UK numbers, European to UK numbers, and European to European numbers. Covers standard mobiles and landlines.
Excluded: Calls from UK to EU, or UK / EU to overseas numbers (e.g., calling Australia / New Zealand / USA), or overseas to overseas, and any Premium numbers (09, 101, 118, 087, etc).
Important: Unlimited calls are intended for brief tourist use (booking hotels, taxis, etc.). Long duration calls may result in the network blocking the SIM. Please use WhatsApp or Messenger for long conversations.
