1. AusPost Priority Letters (No Tracking) - Free, most products will arrive within 4 to 8 business days after the order date.
2. AusPost Letters with Tracking - $2.90, most products will arrive within 6 to 8 business days after the order date.
3. AusPost Express with Tracking - $6.90, most products will arrive within 2 or 3 business days after the order date.

- Your device is not locked to any network, e.g. Telstra, Optus or Vodafone etc.
- You must reach out to us via email when there is a problem while you are overseas, and let us work together to resolve the problem, before you return to Australia.
We will endeavour to troubleshoot and work with you to fix the problem. We will lodge the problem, authorise the return and ask for return of the product for inspection, and refund if the product is found to be faulty or the problem cannot be resolved.
All returns must be communicated and authorised by us prior to the return.
All returns should be sent using AusPost tracking letters or parcels, just in case it get lost in transit.
Money Back Guarantee does not cover the following conditions,
- You have lost the sim
- You tried to activate the sim but you are not at the destination, e.g. you tried to activate the sim in Australia but Australia is not listed as the product's destination.
- eSim or any digital products
Your trip is cancelled
You will receive store credit on the following conditions,
- Please keep the sim unused and unopened, and it is in resalable condition.
- If there is an expiry date / last activation date / use by date of the sim, please return the sim and it should arrive at our mailbox at least a month before the expiry date / last activation date / use by date.
- Please reach out to us via email, we will lodge and authorise the return and ask for return of the product for inspection. Please mail the sim back to us using tracking envelope, just in case it get lost in transit. We will inspect and release store credit upon inspection.
- Any mailing cost, including free mail which have a cost from our end, and payment transaction costs, will be deducted from the store credit.
eSIM
- Some eSIMs can be cancelled before they are being installed or used.
- If you find that your phone does not support eSIM, you need to reach out to us ASAP (before departure while in Australia, or first day of the trip). We will check can the eSIM be cancelled. If the eSIM can be cancelled, we will deduct $5 per eSIM, and any transaction fees such as PayPal fees etc and provide a store credit.
- If the eSIM cannot be cancelled, then we cannot provide any store credit or any refund.
