A: Yes, you can use the eSIM in multiple regions within the stated period. For example, if you purchase a 30 days eSim, you can use it for 15 days in Singapore, then 5 days in Malaysia, 7 days in Vietnam and 3 days in Hong Kong.
Q: How do I register my passport details for Hong Kong and Taiwan?
A: You will receive a SMS when you start using the eSIM on arrival, please follow the instructions from the SMS for passport registration. You will receive instant approval.
Q: What should I prepare for the eSim?
A: Please ensure your phone can load eSim and it is unlocked before you travel, i.e. ensure your phone can load any eSim for any network. Please check with your phone manufacturer or Australian network provider to ensure your phone can load eSim and it is not locked to any network.
Q: Will you post any physical simcard or instructions?
A: No, physical simcard or instructions will not be posted. We will only send the eSim QR code and instruction via email.
Q: How can I activate the eSim?
A: You can install the eSIM while you are in Australia, please note it will only auto-activate when you arrive in one of the destinations.
Alternatively, after you land in destination, please install and activate the eSim by scanning the QR code we provide via email. You may save the QR code in your phone while you are in Australia, or you can print it out and scan it in destination. Please do not share the QR code with someone else.
