Q: When will the sim be activated?
A: Please let us know your exact Europe UK arrival date and we will activate for you. Please let us know the exact date, not one or two days earlier than the exact date. Registration or pre-activation is not required.
Q: How does the data limit work?
A: For the 10GB sim, total data limit is 10GB in UK, EU and all listed destinations.
For the 12/30GB sim, you will have a total limit of 30GB in UK, and 12GB in EU and rest of the world. For example, If you have used 18GB in UK, then you will have 12GB for use in EU and all listed destinations.
Q: How can I start using the SIM and surf the internet?
A: Just pop your SIM into your device and switch it on. Turn on roaming. The network will then text you to let you know the sim is being activated.
Q: Can I insert the sim in Australia?
A: Yes, it can be inserted in Australia or any of the 72 countries.
Q: Can I use this sim outside UK / Europe?
A: Yes it can be used in the listed countries, but the speed could be slow outside of UK / Europe.
