Q: When will the sim be activated?
A: The sim will be activated at 3am UK Time.
Q: How does the data limit work?
A: For the 6/10GB sim, you will have a total limit of 10GB in UK and 6GB in EU and rest of the world. For example, If you have used 4GB in UK, then you will have 6GB for use in EU and all listed destinations, and vice versa
For the 12/30GB sim, you will have a total limit of 30GB in UK and 12GB in EU and rest of the world. For example, If you have used 18GB in UK, then you will have 12GB for use in EU and all listed destinations, and vice versa.
Q: How can I start using the SIM and surf the internet?
A: Just pop your simcard into your device and switch it on. Turn on Data Roaming as Data Roaming must be turned on for this simcard. The network will then text you to let you know the sim is being activated.
We recommend that in your phone, you turn off your Australian simcard or removing the Australian simcard to avoid any roaming charged. Alternatively, please ensure all data, calls and sms are going through our sim instead of your Australian simcard.
Q: Do I have to use the sim in UK first?
A: No, you can use the sim first in any of the listed countries. It does not need to be UK first.
Q: Can I insert the sim in Australia?
A: Yes, it can be inserted in Australia or any of the 72 countries.
Q: Can I use this sim outside UK / Europe?
A: Yes it can be used in the listed countries, but the speed could be slow outside of UK / Europe.
