Please ensure your phone can load eSIMs and is unlocked before you travel (i.e., it can load any eSIM for any network). Check with your phone manufacturer or Australian network provider to ensure your device is not locked.
▶Q: Can I share hotspot?
Yes, you can share hotspot, but there is a limit. The hotspot limit is (Total Days - 1) x 1GB. For example, if you purchase a 5-Day Unlimited eSIM, you can share a total of 4GB via hotspot within the 5 days. Data usage on the main phone itself is unlimited.
▶Q: When do I need to activate the eSIM?
Please ensure it is activated within 150 days after you make the order. The QR code will expire after 150 days.
▶Q: How can I install and activate the eSIM?
You can install the eSIM in Australia or Japan. The eSIM will only auto-activate when you arrive in Japan and connect to the network.
▶Q: When does the 4 to 31 days commence?
The validity period commences when the eSIM is auto-activated in Japan.
▶Q: Can I make phone calls with this eSIM?
This is a data-only eSIM and does not include a phone number for traditional mobile calls or SMS. However, we recommend using WhatsApp, LINE, or FaceTime to make voice and video calls using your unlimited data.
▶Q: Will you post any physical sim card?
No, physical sim cards or instructions will not be posted. We will only send the eSIM QR code and instructions via email.

- AusPost Priority Letters (No Tracking) - Free, most products will arrive within 4 to 8 business days after the order date.
- AusPost Letters with Tracking - $3.40, most products will arrive within 6 to 8 business days after the order date.
- AusPost Express with Tracking - $7.90, most products will arrive within 2 or 3 business days after the order date.
